There are several ways to save to Pocket on your iPad.
Save from your favorite apps
There are over 300 apps available in the App Store that allow you to save to Pocket with a couple taps. In many apps, Pocket may be referred to as 'Read It Later', but in all cases Read It Later and Pocket are interchangeable. To see our list of iPad apps with support for Pocket, click here:

Save via Bookmarklet on iOS
The Pocket Bookmarklet provides the fastest way to save from Mobile Safari. Once the bookmarklet is installed, any page that you're viewing in your browser can be saved to Pocket - simply open your bookmarks list, and tap the '+ Pocket' bookmarklet. You will be notified when saving is complete.
Pro Tip: If you use Safari and sync your bookmarks with iCloud, you can install the Pocket bookmarklet on your computer and use it on your iOS device. To learn how to install the bookmarklet in Safari, click here.
Here's how to install the Pocket bookmarklet on your iPad:
To start, go to Help from the Main Menu, and tap 'How to Save'. Next, tap the install button under 'Save from Mobile Safari' to open the installation page in Safari, and follow the on-screen instructions.

- Tap the Share button
- Select 'Add Bookmark'
- Tap 'Save' (note: please make sure to save the bookmark in a easy-to-find location, such as the main bookmark directory)
- Tap 'Next Step'

- Open your Safari Bookmarks by tapping the book icon at the bottom
- Tap 'Edit'
- Tap the '+ Pocket' bookmarklet
- Tap in the URL field (2nd text field, below '+ Pocket'), and clear it by tapping the X
- Tap once more in the now-empty URL field, and tap Paste
- Tap Done, Done and Done.
That's it! Once the bookmarklet is installed, tap the book icon, and tap '+ Pocket' to add the current page.
