Premium Subscriber FAQ

If you’re using iOS or Android, you can access this information in Pocket by selecting Premium from the Pocket Menu.
If you subscribe to Pocket Premium, the subscription is linked to your Pocket account. This means that your subscription will follow you wherever you happen to use Pocket. To restore your subscription in Pocket on a new device and unlock the Premium features, simply log into your account.
If you are having trouble restoring your Pocket Premium subscription after logging in to Pocket on iOS or Android, go to Settings > Premium and tap “Restore Existing Subscription”.
Yes! If you’d like to change your subscription type, please contact Pocket Support and we’ll be happy to make these changes for you. In your email, please include your Pocket email address and order number.
If you need an invoice or receipt for your Pocket Premium payment, just contact Pocket support and we'll be happy to provide one.
If you made your purchase through iTunes or Google Play, you'll be able to view your invoice by logging into your Apple or Google account.

If you choose to cancel your subscription, your Pocket account will be converted to a Free account and will continue to be fully functional. However, you will no longer have access to Permanent Library, Full-Text Search or Suggested Tags.
The data from your search index and Permanent Library will be kept on Pocket’s servers for 30 days.
If you are not completely satisfied with Pocket Premium, it may be possible to receive a refund depending on where the purchase was made.
If you purchased Pocket Premium through Apple’s App Store, Google Play, or another app market, it will unfortunately not be possible to receive a refund.
If you purchased Pocket Premium from the Pocket website, it may be possible to receive a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of your subscription period. To inquire about a refund, please click here to let us know the reason.
After upgrading, we will begin to process your account for the new Premium features. This may take some time to complete, but we will send you an email when they’re ready. You can also check the status of your account by clicking here: Premium Account Status
